Disclosure Information
Clients hereby have a duty of disclosure to inform the Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) of carpet cleaning history, damage, existing stains & odours, and extent of any repairs or maintenance by cleaners or residents, together with other cleaning aspects that may be reasonably known to them. Bluey's will utilise this information to offer the best possible solution to remedy cleaning concerns & maintenance schedules though we do not guarantee that pre-existing 'damage' will be rectified or treated to a level of satisfaction. Bluey's will utilise our CCT knowledge and training to undertake services compliant with Australian Standards to the best of our ability. Limitations of liability apply to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensation, direct or indirect consequential damages, loss of data or records, loss or damage to property & contents, income or profit, and claims by third parties.
