Consider safety aspects of all processes and services and integrate them into our activities.
Perform risk assessments of work locations prior to commencing services.
Provide and maintain equipment that is safe and without risk to the user, as far as practicable.
Provide and maintain systems for the safe use, storage, handling, and transport of equipment and substances, as far as practicable.
Comply with industry standards.
Provide written procedures (OH & S Policy) and relevant instructions to ensure safe systems are in place at work, Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P's)
Ensure compliance with SOP's during regular assessments and client monitoring.
Provide safety equipment and instructions for use.
Work together with clients and staff to form a thorough understanding of individual workplace safety arrangements and cooperate with local systems.

Service Guarantee

Bluey's Local Cleaning Services is committed to providing the best possible service & guarantee to clean to Australian Standards 1995 - 3775. We accept that not all situations can be resolved whereby clients will be advised prior to commencing any work for approval. We do not guarantee to remove permanently set stains, urine or bleach damage. Any claims or request for 're-cleans' will only be accepted up to 7 days from the initial clean.

At the completion of services requested Bluey's will ask clients for their level of satisfaction, whereby if any issues arise we will rectify them as soon as possible upon notification and inspection, whereby we reserve the right to undertake this rectification or grievance prior to any refund being offered.

Disclosure Information

Clients hereby have a duty of disclosure to inform the Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) of carpet cleaning history, damage, existing stains & odours, and extent of any repairs or maintenance by cleaners or residents, together with other cleaning aspects that may be reasonably known to them. Bluey's will utilise this information to offer the best possible solution to remedy cleaning concerns & maintenance schedules though we do not guarantee that pre-existing 'damage' will be rectified or treated to a level of satisfaction. Bluey's will utilise our CCT knowledge and training to undertake services compliant with Australian Standards to the best of our ability. Limitations of liability apply to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensation, direct or indirect consequential damages, loss of data or records, loss or damage to property & contents, income or profit, and claims by third parties.
