Kathi Byrnes
Kathi has an established background in management and hospitality. Her expertise in this area saw Bluey’s evolve from taking on hospitality jobs in 2006 to building up a small commercial cleaning business servicing Sydney, Newcastle and South East Queensland.
Providing management of housekeeping staff for AHS (Australian Hospitality Group) and HRC Group within Sydney 5 star hotels, including Mantra, Shangri-La, Harbour View and Ibis-Novotel Olympic Park. Kathi gained valuable experience and skills, training and developing staff, whilst working closely with her team to ensure patrons experienced the highest level of service and customer satisfaction
Kathi now supports our clients and staff to ensure a quality service and personal attention to detail is achieved with a genuine approach and caring attitude.
Mick Byrnes
Mick spent over 20 years working for local police forces in crime scene investigations. With relevant police training, our team has a unique perspective to crime and trauma incidents ensuring no stone is left unturned during the restoration.
As the leading technician, Mick provides the technical knowledge, training and supervision with a hands-on approach to all duties. Developing protocol and risk management for all hazardous duties, ensuring safety, compliance with industry standards and Government Regulations in an ever changing work environment is Mick’s passion.
Yes, Mick probably has seen it all when it comes to traumatic scenes, but it is this experience that has helped him maintain a clear and common sense approach assisting victims of crime and trauma with genuine support during times of crisis.
